KWETB Schools
We provide Primary and Second Level education in line with the national curriculum as laid down by the Department of Education & Skills.
All schools are co-educational and multi-denominational, committed to our ETB School Core Values of Excellence in Education, Care, Equality, Community and Respect.
Our schools offer an extensive and innovative curriculum which supports learners to reach their full personal and academic potential. A broad range of extracurricular activities are also provided. Significant student support services are offered through pastoral support structures, guidance, student support team frameworks, DEIS (Delivering Equality of Opportunity in Schools) and (SCP) our School Completion Programme.
KWETB schools offer a full range of subjects at both Junior and Senior cycle. In addition to both Junior Certificate and Leaving Certificate programmes, schools also provide specialised programmes such as Junior Cycle School Programme (JCSP), Leaving Certificate Applied (LCA), Leaving Certificate Vocational Programme (LCVP) and Transition Year (TY).

Delivering Equality of Opportunity in Schools
Delivering Equality of Opportunity in Schools (DEIS) is an action plan for educational inclusion. DEIS is concerned with addressing the educational needs of children and young people from disadvantaged communities. The DEIS plan supports children from pre-school through to second-level education (3 to 18 Years).
School Completion
Programme (SCP)
The school completion programme is one that aims to positively impact retention rates for young people at risk of early school leaving. The programme utilizes a range of creative interventions as well as research based tested interventions to support our children. Within KWETB we are proud to have eight school completion programmes within our school community. These programmes are invaluable to our school communities and we actively support their work within our schools.
