Procedures
Kildare and Wicklow Education and Training Board’s(KWETB) recruitment and selection procedures are designed to ensure the organisation recruits staff who support its mission and vision and who are committed to the achievement of the strategic objectives of its students/learners in the fulfilment of their individual aspirations and goals in terms of learning and personal development. Recruitment and selection of staff is, for the most part, by means of competency-based interviews, though, in addition, other elements of selection may be included in particular situations.
